Application Process
We are pleased you are considering our school for your child’s education. Parkview Adventist Academy is more than a school; it is a collaborative, nurturing, learning experience that feels like family. An education at PAA is student-centered and Christian-based, where faculty and administration foster creativity, confidence, and compassion for others.
We look forward to working together to determine if our environment is a strong fit for your family. The best way to experience PAA is to visit us at an upcoming open house or by scheduling a tour. After that, we look forward to learning more about your student through an application, reviewing school records, and an interview.

Important Dates & Deadlines
PreK & Kindergarten
- November 27, 2023: Admission Applications Open 24-25 school year with a registration discount.
- March 31, 2024: Discounted registration ends.
- April 12, 2024: Visitation Day, 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
*Applicants will be notified of acceptance once applications have been reviewed.
*If space remains in a grade, admission decisions will continue to be released. We encourage interested families to go ahead and begin the admission process with a tour and application.
1st-12th Grade

Applicant Family Checklist
We can’t wait to meet you and your child. We look forward to getting to know your family, hearing about your child’s educational and future goals, and discovering what is important to your family in a school. If you haven’t participated in a tour yet, we’d love to share more about PAA as we visit our grounds with teachers and students. We have many options to tour our school via a Visitation Day or through a scheduled family tour.

Once you have filled out the inquiry form above or contacted the school and scheduled a tour, you will need to click on the button below to take you to the applicant checklist items for each of your candidates, pay the registration fee ($600 for PreK-8th grade, $700 for 9th-12th grade), and the process for submitting supplemental records.
Submit Records & Supplemental Records
As part of the Applicant Checklist, you will need to submit School Records, Supplemental Records, and any Academic Assessments. These forms and requests can be accessed on the Applicant Checklist Page.
Visitation Day/Family Meeting
We’d like to get to know your student and your family. After the above checklist items are complete, we’ll schedule a time for your students to visit us for a family meeting. This helps students get a feel for Parkview Adventist Academy, our learning style, and is a great opportunity for us to get to know your child.
Birthday Cutoffs
PreKindergarten
Applicants must be 4 years old by September 1 of the year in which classes begin to be considered for prekindergarten.
Kindergarten
Applicants must be 5 years old by September 1 of the year in which classes begin to be considered for kindergarten.
PAA exists to serve the youth of the Oklahoma City area. No religious test is required upon entering, but it is required that the student will respect and honor the Christian principles on which the school is founded and be ready to comply with the rules and regulations that are found in this handbook. Parents should understand the philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist® Education and be in agreement with its principles so that they can work in harmony with PAA for the education of their child.
